Roberta Fox has been involved in the distress centre area for over four years helping Spectra Helpline organization develop its next generation multi-media contact center technology environment. She has also been providing NSPS technology strategy and vendor negotiations assistance to develop the multi-media virtual contact center pilot and production environment.
